Meet the newest member of the houseof family: our range of colourful extension leads. Proof that beauty, form and function can co-exist. Banish those old, ugly leads for good! This is an extension cable you can display with pride.
You’ll never guess what? Or maybe the title gave it away… but! houseof has now branched into lighting accessories, with our new, beautifully vibrant extension leads launch.
What separates it from the regular extension leads?
The houseof extension leads feature three plug sockets and three USB sockets, including one USB-C port for super-fast charging. The herringbone fabric cable brings colour and personality to the most functional of tasks - I bet you never thought you’d find yourself admiring a cable! This cable is 2m long and there is an on-off switch on the socket so you don’t have to wiggle around the room and locate the main plug! We think it would make the perfect Chri… present (we can’t say that word yet, it’s not even November!)
Function
When creating this product we wanted to eliminate the ugly wires which plague so many of our homes and create one which added to the decor, rather than taking away from it. We envision these cables to sit pride of place on top of desktops and tables for plugging in your assortment of chargers - USB, USB-C we’ve covered everyone. They are the ideal working-from-home companion for when you want to change up your surroundings. They also sit neatly on the floor; so you don’t have to hide them behind sofas and bookshelves.
A pop of colour!
Our extension leads come in three colours: our iconic pink, playful green and monochromatic black and white. Pick our black and white cable set against a matt black power box for when you want to keep things minimal and paired back. Or go green, one of the biggest trending colours in interior design right now, for a fresh and calm feeling. Pink is the houseof staple that blends and compromises - and no, it’s not just for girls.

So not only have we expanded to new realms, but we have also got new packaging to brag about. Our wonderful co-founder Michael and buyer Mel have worked hard to create packaging that we are proud of and that sings wonders of its contents. With this in mind, the stylish packaging makes it great for gifting - function and beauty have combined!

So which colour should you go for?
playful green: pink and green should always be seen in our opinion! These two colours provide balance for one another, where pink softens and green grounds. This combo is becoming increasingly popular in modern interiors!
